1. Free Booking & Payment on Arrival

All reservations made on Marrakech Star are 100% free. No deposit, advance payment, or credit card registration is required. Clients will pay the full agreed amount in cash (Euros or Moroccan Dirhams) directly to the driver upon arrival or at the start of the service.

2. Flexible Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. You can cancel or modify your excursion or private transfer reservation at any time before the trip completely free of charge. We kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible so we can update our drivers' schedules.
